Key Responsibilities :
- Enable and ensure timely GTM Integration across all DBs in the area in Q4'21/Q1'22; ensure no transition loss on key leading control KPIs, like Any He/ Any Hy ECO, ULS per store, productivity etc
- Implement new DBSR beat plans as per the new GTM architecture; ensure DBSR market working compliance and beat adherence (on-route visit compliance and productivity)
- Deliver requisite trainings to TSIs/ ASEs, and ensure DBSR trainings through DBSR meets and TTT model
- Deliver Sub DB expansion target for the area within the stipulated timelines
- Execute PSR integration in Q1 and deploy new PSR PJPs; adherence to new PSR ways of working (as defined)
- Drive NP adoption for DBs and DBSRs; ensure teams are well trained on the new HHT features and capabilities
- Execute & deliver assortment growth plan for the area
