Key Responsibilities: Deliver Regional sales plan for Medical portfolio, improve market share, & improve HCP relationships for all products as per the strategy, use product knowledge and selling skills to influence internal and external customers to make commitments and take actions that increase RB Health market share and sales growth. Work with Training Head & Train and Develop new hires to effectively communicate key selling messages to targeted customers with the established frequency and implement promotional strategies for RB - IFCN products. Identify resources in case of vacancies and partner with talent acquisition team for action. - Identify new Business opportunities as per the business requirements and share relevant data with Channel Head / Medical Marketing. - Understand ARE model and build efficiencies in the team, work on Sales competencies to deliver sales goals. - Execute sales strategy to deliver regional and area sales and measure the success versus input. - Accountable for 100% strategy execution, compliance processes and business results. - Lead the team in the planning and execution of Pocket sessions, Paramedical event and Activation of key institutions. - Adopt RB Health Medical Sales Academy Capability Development initiatives such as Ekalavya and be compliant and conversant with F3 reporting system. - Engage with Key Institution Leaders, KBLs to build relationship, increase the demand of IFCN Products in the region. - Partner with KOLs to build business; work from Monday to Saturday to build confidence and gain understanding of the market and team. Be compliant with the work norms and sales performance. In each month 12days of Field work for independent standalone HCP visits and 6 days of field work in Key institutions is the norm. - Proactively engage with Medical marketing to understand the brand strategy, provide feedback to showcase product and industry knowledge, organize and communicate convincingly to drive acquisition and build equity. - Lead by examples with uncompromising integrity and build conviction with high degree of proficiency/knowledge of RB Health and competitive products. Liaison with trade sales leadership team to bring in synergy and cross - functional understanding. - Evaluate and analyze available information to consistently make the most appropriate decisions for RB Health. Focus on the end results of sales process, demonstrating personal accountability and commitment to achieve the objectives of business. - Transmit ideas and attitudes clearly to internal and external customers by making a strong positive impression, driving two way communication, offering unique perspectives and gain agreement by persuading, convincing and negotiating to lead a customer to take action. Ability to conduct informal and formal presentations in group and individual settings. - Obtain and incorporate information through multiple resources such as technology, company resources and other information sources to maximize sales and improve business results. - Lead his/her area, the team of individuals by setting high expectations for self and others, taking initiative, and demonstrating responsibility for actions, projects and people.
