Role Summary:

The Direct-To-Consumer team is looking to hire someone who can own the procurement and supply function as well as own the conversion metric for the various sites that are operating right now.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Coordinate efforts with the supply team to ensure there is adequate quantity of stock in the warehouse.

- Maintain relationships with the current distributor and help solve for his payables and ensure his accounts are settled.

- Managing all key metrics related to customer service / customer experience and to provide a truly stellar consumer experience to our customers.

- Track and monitor Net Promoter Score for our sites, ensuring all customer feedback is translated into actionable insights for the sites or set processes.

- Website Operations

- Site Navigation - Regular iterations aimed towards a smooth navigation and site experience.

- User Experience - Ensure both quantity and quality of images are up to global standards

- Content - Ensure that the quality of content on the site is rich and in-line with consumer expectations aimed towards making a purchase.

- Take full ownership of daily administrative tasks crucial towards the continued success of the Direct-To-Consumer vertical.

- Help drive brand campaigns, managing marketing collaterals and driving traffic to our websites.

Professional Qualifications/ Experience:

- Bachelor's degree and MBA from a reputed institution.

- 1-2 years of work experience in supply chain operations.

- 3-4 years of overall work experience. Experience in a start-up would be preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements to product specifications and deliver results in an environment of ambiguity

- Stellar cross-group collaboration with the ability to drive decisive action in large enterprises

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Team Player: Has work in a collaborative manner with internal and external stakeholders, taking projects from 0-1
