Job Summary:
The role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing critical agendas of the MT team, which include:
- Leading all visibility initiatives of the MT channel including end-to-end NPI launch planning and BTL activations
- Leading closure on JBPs for all accounts in co-ordination with CKAMs/Head of MT
- Defining manning principles - ensuring the right manpower availability/plan at a region, account level.
- Playing a pivotal role in identifying and developing talent within the MT team and will lead functional training (module content development and delivery)
- Being responsible for leading shopper marketing, GTM initiatives for MT
- Having a long-term view of the MT channel and help lead initiatives on technology deployment

KRA:
- Create and implement account-wise annual operating plan at region/channel/format and brand level.
- Help the CKAMs create the right plan and activations to maximize the business opportunities, ensuring the closure of JBPs as per the timelines and, planning and executing Category Level Plans.
- Owner of the on-ground Field Force ensuring the right manning, defining principles and owning the incentive programs for RKAMs, ASE/TSIs and 700 KASRs.
- Liaison with the accounts to gather shopper insights and work with brand/CKAM teams to create the category wise plans on pack/price/promotion and in store activations.
- Ensure the right visibility in the channel at account/format level by ensuring right planograming in the stores and compliment the account/brand strategy
- Work with marketing teams to create channel specific packs, test and scale up across accounts.
- Owner of the forecasting process for the channel by CFA/Account to ensure right FRs and maximize the underlying business opportunities
- Owner of the Go-to market initiatives for the channel to ensure
- Appropriate distribution partner presence in the country to improve the supply levels to the indirect accounts
- On ground implementation of any new tech intervention like MFA and CRS
- Work with RKAMs on the smaller and upcoming accounts like Vishal, Tesco etc. to get the right focus where we can disproportionately grow our business
- Work closely with finance and logistics teams to ensure commercial hygiene and setup the right processes for improving fill rate respectively
