Job Summary :&nbsp; This Position provides Mechanical Manager to support All equipment, Utility, HVAC, Fire-fighting, warehouse, bulk storage related engineering support to upcoming Green field Project. The incumbent will have leadership role within the project team to lead the mechanical requirements. He will report to Head-Engineering Project and will be instrumental in deciding mechanical discipline related technical aspects. This may be full time position in factory manufacturing after that. KRA :&nbsp; - Monitor the progression of projects through the delivery phase - Working on Project engineering, construction supervision - Updating and acquiring new skills and technologies through interactions with multiple suppliers/vendors to bring the best for the project - Managing layouts, master planning - Oversee design, engineering, drawings, procurement, implementation - Managing and writing Capital expenditure plan - Managing Project capital budget and schedule - Responsible for equipment Installation, commissioning, trials, stabilisation, punch list completion, documentation and hand over - Managing Statutory requirements Education &amp; Experience :&nbsp; - 14+ years of knowledge in making and packing of Soap, Liquid soaps, Home and personal care products in general - Graduation in Process/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering - Experience of working in Projects, preferably a minimum of one Green field from end to end Competencies &amp; Skills :&nbsp; - Able to understand layouts, Isometrics, Piping drawings and clash free design - Able to draft, review, read, draft, understand Tenders, RFQ, vendors quotation comparison - Aware of Document management, Numbering system, Version controls philosophy - Awareness of Process GMP and hygiene requirements, Piping system design and engineering - Hands on experience in designing Process equipment/piping layouts - Drives RB global engineering and quality practice - Passion and understanding of active collaboration with team members and stakeholders - Able to travel up to 20% of time - Managing Project Budget - Hands on experience of managing project schedule, cost - Develop Project Plans, presentation - Have handled external construction management resources - Understanding of welding technology, erection and commissioning schedule About RB :&nbsp; Want to make an impact and have the freedom to succeed?
