Job Summary :&nbsp; This Position provides Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Manager to support electrical and Instrumentation related engineering support to upcoming Green field Project. The incumbent will have leadership role within the project team to lead the all electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, Automation, IT and ELV systems related requirements. He will report to Head-Engineering Project and will be instrumental in deciding EIA related technical aspects. This may be full time position in factory manufacturing after that. Key Responsibility Area :&nbsp; - Monitor the progression of projects through the delivery phase - Updating and acquiring new skills and technologies through interactions with multiple suppliers/vendors to bring the best for the project - Managing Entire process requirements and lead from the front for all process relate engineering - Oversee design, engineering, drawings, procurement, implementation of EIA areas - Managing and writing Capital expenditure plan - Responsible for equipment Installation, commissioning, trials, stabilisation, punch list completion, documentation and hand over - Managing Statutory permits, follow up with government offices to get drawings, documents sanctioned Education &amp; Experience :&nbsp; - 12+ years of knowledge in EIA related engineerings, design, implementation, construction projects - Graduation in electrical/Instrumentation &amp; controls Engineering - Experience of working in Projects, preferably a minimum of one Green field Competencies &amp; Skills :&nbsp; - Able to read, draw, edit SLDs, System Architecture, control philosophy - Able to read, draft, understand PFDs, P&amp;IDs, equipment layouts, cable schedules - Aware of various communication protocols-Ethernet, TCIP, IT/OT integration, RF 484, Profibus - Aware of Document management, Numbering system, Version controls philosophy - Design, selection of Hardware, software, cable sizing and trays requirements - Air requirements calculations, Instrumentation selection and datasheets - Ability to understand electrical load list, transformer and DG sizing, operations philosophy - Drives RB global engineering and quality practice - Passion and understanding of active collaboration with team members and stakeholders - Able to travel up to 20 % of time - Managing Project Budget - Hands on experience of managing project schedule, Cost - Develop Project Plans, presentation - Have handled external construction management resources - Experience of site execution of EIA work preferably green field About RB: About RB Want to make an impact and have the freedom to succeed?
