The Finance Manager, Procurement is responsible for commercial management of Raw and Packaging Material and Finished Goods procurement for RB India.   - He / she leads on cost optimization and process improvement projects.   - The role is expected to play key role in Vendor Negotiations with changing tax regime.   Responsibilities :   Vendor Negotiations :    - Appraise buyers of the tax changes and the impact of the same on material costs.  - Guide the buyers on the negotiation process as a result of the above.  - Identify opportunities for savings in material costs and lead projects to execute the savings.   Budgeting and Reporting :   - Lead on monthly reporting for material costs and variance analysis.  - Thread bare analysis of actual costs for identification of overruns and performance against saving projects.  - Partner the forecasting process along with Procurement Team and lead on reporting of the same.  - Develop views on commodity trends and impact thereof on the P&L.   Professional Attributes :   - Qualified CA/MBA from Premier B-schools. Graduation preferably in Commerce.  - 5-6 years of experience in Finance in a renowned organization with some experience in procurement.  - Expertise in the tools of Microsoft Excel & working knowledge of ERP systems i.e. JDE / SAP and reporting systems such as HFM & ICE   Personal Attributes :   - Commercial, financial acumen & budget management  - Good planning and organisational ability  - Strong analytical skills: collect data, analyse and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements  - Attention to detail   About RB :   RB is different: - good enough- isn't good enough here.  - RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company.
