We at RB are looking for BUSINESS ANALYST - DIGITAL lead/support Digital initiatives in India.  The Business Analyst - Digital will lead / support Digital initiatives in India like Search Engine Optimization, Content Management System, Digital Product Catalogue, Social / Digital, Etailing / Ecommerce for RB.  The role would require interacting with the Area, Global Digital Teams and bringing Area / Global solutions to India / SOA markets. The role holder will be responsible for implementation and exploitation of the global platforms for digital marketing and online sales as well as implementing any local projects and platforms where global platforms do not meet the local business needs.    Scope & Dimensions of the Role  - The incumbent will actively participate in the development and implementation of IT platforms and capabilities for digital marketing and sales (eCommerce/eTailing) activities.   - She/he will work closely with marketing and sales team responsible for digital initiatives to understand their business requirements and ensure the India functional needs and requirements are communicated and addressed in any global solution. Once delivered the role requires a comprehensive understanding of the solution so that its use is developed within the market.   Responsibilities  - Supporting execution of Web/Social content strategy defined by Digital and Social Media Marketing team.  - Manage Development and support of Websites/Mobile Infrastructure servers/Content Management Systems and related applications.  - Support campaign analytics related to marketing campaigns on digital marketing and sales  - Build a strong partnership with functional teams and business in general, to ensure a full understanding of needs, priorities and plans.  - Project management of multiple projects including policies and procedures, status reports, system design, process flows and project presentations.  - Management, support, coaching and training to other Business Analysts and contract staff with respect to Digital and social media platforms.  - Ensure Geographical region needs and requirements are effectively communicated to the global development teams and that these are addressed.  - Effectively manage external relationships to the benefit of the organization. Ability to pull together disparate bits of information.  - Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills, able to influence people of all levels   Professional Attributes  - Bachelor Degree preferably in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business or marketing with at least 5 years (with post-graduation) or 8 years (without post-graduation) of Experience in Management and Development of IT systems in Digital and Social media space.  - Project Management: Well versed in Project methodology and Change Management   - Business Awareness: Strong commercial and business awareness. Specifically, good awareness of digital marketing and online sales processes.    Functional and Technical skills   - Ability to effectively communicate with Web developers and development experience on basic web technologies (JavaScript, Flash, SQL, HTML, web platforms and browsers, APIs, CMS and CRM systems).  - Experience in online marketing, eCommerce and web analytics   - Experience in development of Mobile applications is preferred.  - Familiar with search engine strategies and measurement systems, such as SEM or SEO and experienced in using social media monitoring services, such as Radian6  - Experience in development of Mobile applications is preferred.  - Working Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce. Microsoft Dynamics etc.  - Working Knowledge of BI and Analytics solutions.  - Process Management: Software Development Life Cycle, Marketing Resource Management, Marketing Campaigns, Documentation, Training
