Job Title : Assistant Manager WaSH, Reckitt Function : Corporate Affairs and External Partnerships Location : Gurgaon JOB SUMMARY : The manager WaSH will be working to further Reckitt's Water, Sanitation and Hygiene purpose agenda in India. Reckitt India's WaSH portfolio includes water conservation programmes, the rehabilitation of sanitation workers, and other related purpose programmes. Network 18 is the communication partner. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS : - Programme management - Overseeing all project partners - partnerships, milestones, deliverables, reporting, contracting - Communications - Working with Manager, Communications and communication partners to ensure that Reckitt's WaSH portfolio achieves requisite visibility and targets in terms of reach, engagement and impressions on different media - Partnerships and opportunities - seeking out and consolidating strategic partnerships to strengthen the WaSH programme portfolio - Mission Paani - working with the Network 18 team to ensure Mission Paani and the campaign ambassador align with the brand, company and country mission and purpose. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : - 7-10 years- experience in working in the WaSH sector in implementation/ consulting/ strategy - Experience of developing and delivering communications assets for programmes - Strong skills in MS office, data analysis, project and programme management - Experience of working on developing branded assets on programmes - Experience of working with multiple partners and managing governmental stakeholders COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS : - Goal Oriented: Ability to track record of delivery, sets clear priorities and meets deadlines - Natural leader: Positive, driven, has ability to influence, sets good examples, ambitious, determined, and flexible - Result oriented: entrepreneurial and self-motivating, good planning and organizational ability - Resilient, resourceful and able to perform under pressure About Reckitt : Want to make an impact and have the freedom to succeed?
