RECITY - Project Lead

1. Conducting meetings with employees and Commissioner/ Chairman at the Urban Local Body and getting their buy- in for various activities

2. Leveraging stakeholder networks of local NGOs, Trade Associations, influencers and the media to raise funds, volunteers and resources to achieve outcomes & reach

3. Organizing City Level - War Room meetings- where various stakeholders participate to create short term plans for the achievement of Outcomes.

4. Conducting daily debriefs and learning sessions within the team and solving on- ground problems.

5. Enabling the team to foster innovative / experimental solutions to city level contextualized problems.

6. Taking the project forward to various platforms along with the state level authorities for their support.

7. Preparing reports, proposals and data sheets to effectively manage project within budget and cost saving

Performance Outcomes

1. Building an environment of trust where Urban Local bodies and political stakeholders participate in creating and managing end- to end Waste management in the city.

2. Managing the project team and ensuring that there is positive motivation, and a culture of learning at the project location.

3. Ensuring timely accomplishment of project Outcome and developing sustainable and localized business models for all waste streams.
