RECITY - Lead - Supply Chain

Core Responsibilities:

- Streamline and Improve Waste Services across the City - Waste Collection, Transportation, Storage, Waste Recovery and Processing

- Enable the Govt. Leadership, Contractor and MSWM Staff to take data driven decisions

- Ensure Waste Workers unlock avenues of Increased Income through Increased Provision of Waste Services and Sale of Material

Daily Responsibilities:

- Digitally map all human resource, infrastructure, movement and open dumps in city to create a city baseline and schedule in partnership with all stakeholders.

- Deploy Digital Monitoring Solutions to every Resident and Stakeholder of the City

- Analyze field data, distribute work optimally to on-ground operations team and ensure that they are enabled to perform their duties.

- Monitor the efficiency of Waste Services provided by the MSWM Staff of the City

- Enable all logistic, safety and tech equipment and provide waste workers access to waste, protective gear and hygienic working space.

- Measure, weigh, track, document city waste movement, quantum and type daily

- Foster innovative/experimental solutions to ensure contextualized end of life solutions for the city's dry and wet

- Network and Foster relationship with the waste aggregators for robust waste supply chain

- Prepare reports, proposals and data sheets to manage the Waste management process.
