Responsible for developing and executing Recruiting Plans at PAN India level.
His / her key deliverables are :
- Manage Volume and Bulk hiring at PAN India level.
- Manage the recruitment process, selection and candidate experience for the Group.
- Lead a team of internal Recruiters for BFSI recruitment.
- Utilize social media / internet for recruitment
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Research new ways of using the Internet / social media for bulk recruitment
- Currently leading recruitment process at many zones (south mandatory) or at PAN India level.
