About the role: - As a Launcher Zonal Manager (LZM), you are the hunter for growing this business and subsequently maintaining the relationship between Rebel &amp; the brand partner. - You will need to reach out to potential Brand partners, explain the overall Launcher business model, onboard them into our ecosystem and nurture these relationships as they grow. - You will lead a team of Territory Account Managers and drive them to identify &amp; grow potential Partner relationships. - We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical client facing role. - Identify and initiate conversations with Restaurant - Partners after understanding the Launcher business strategy - Review the sales performance of Territory Account Managers in the zone and provide strategic guidance to the team - Drive on-ground Territory Account Managers to meet outlet opening timelines, coordinate with Internal Teams &amp; expand accounts in our kitchen network - You should be good at building and maintaining relationships - You must be empathetic and quick to establish rapport with the key stakeholders - You must be open minded &amp; data driven when scouting for F&amp;B concepts - Ensuring a constantly populated business funnel will be critical to achieve monthly /quarterly business goals - You will be the key person for maintaining weekly updates on target achievement against target taken - Must be focused on problem solving on-ground issues of Launcher Partners - Ownership is key and coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders will be required to set you up for success. - You should create a strategic road map and execution plan for acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organizational objectives - Oversee facilitation of a conducive work environment that ensures high employee engagement levels in the team Your chances increase if you have the following: Bachelor's/Master's Degree with 7+ years or MBA with 5+ years of work experience.
