As you may have figured by now, we have had two points of inflection in our journey: moving to the cloud-kitchen model and a multi-brand strategy. Having a unified supply chain which acts as an umbrella across all the brands has played a pivotal role in the growth of our network as well as creating multiple brands through the same infrastructure. As we embark on the next phase of our journey which will entail creating and onboarding more brands on our kitchen platform, the role of the Supply Chain function will evolve and become more engaging for the business. Tasks ranging from fitting multiple product portfolios to handling new SKUs across a multi-temperature supply chain will pose an unparalleled challenge in shaping the future of the worldwide internet restaurant industry. As we move forward to get new brands on our platform which might not necessarily incubate within Rebel Foods, the incumbent will have to find a Plug and Play model for these brands to ensure we scale them across our network.
