Hence this role plays a major role expanding our kitchens across India. About the role:- - Ideally as BD &amp; Property Development Leader you would be identifying cloud kitchens of 1500-2000 SQF and some criteria (such as 50 KW power,10K litres water/day etc) at the rate of 12-15 kitchens per month - Leading the team of city BD executives on locating, negotiating, signing locations, right up to getting the kitchen live on business smoothly - Working with central functions (admin, accounts, legal etc) to ensure all paperwork is in place and agreements get closed in proper and timely manner, and to work with Operations and Projects to ensure Landlords fulfill all requirements. - Willingness to travel would be required. Background - Should have hard core commercial real estate experience/ we are open to considering people from sales and procurement background who is open to exploring a new career opportunities and ready to hustle around. - Ideally, should have good knowledge of working across geographies - Strong depth of knowledge of property documents verification and registration - Experience of working on licenses, especially food-business related, would be added advantage - The ideal candidate should have worked in identifying fulfillment centers for e-Commerce companies at a rapid pace.
