- EatSure gives you everything for every food craving of yours from the most trusted and loved restaurants which are present pan India - be it Biryani from Behrouz, Pizza from Ovenstory, Burgers from Wendys, Wraps from Faasos, Wholesome Everyday Indian Khana from Lunchbox, Flavours of the world in a bowl from The Good Bowl, India's Best coffee - Slay Coffee, Desserts from Sweet Truth and the list goes on!

- EatSure has a food ordering app and offline food courts and corporate counters and many more

- EatSure is the only platform which gives you 100% assurance about all aspects of your food order -people, processes, produce, packaging

At EatSure - we control everything for all restaurants - right from supply chain, packaging, kitchen operations, cooking and delivery and hence we give you the most assured food experience

The Role:

- This role is much bigger, larger, and vital than being just a conventional manager with restricted responsibilities and restricted areas of influence. The role owns the outcomes of the core flywheel of Eatsure, offline experience, and then the journey of offline to online and online to Offline which means truly omnichannel. This role is a mix of strategy, execution, insighting, and getting one's hands dirty and crack the playbook which can make the way for 100s of offline food courts in 2025 and future

- You will report directly to the Head-Offline Business, Eatsure and will own the entire experience in offline stores with clear sight of omnichannel play.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

- Own the store & the Category P&L

- You will own the strategic category vision for EatSure's entire offline format.

- Right from understanding what customers want, mapping the category/cuisine/restaurant gaps by the market on the platform to working closely with the Launcher team(A team that can help to bring more restaurants to you) and the Brands team to plug those gaps by launching NPDs.

- This is an end-to-end category management role.

- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories, design exit strategies for unsuccessful products, and strategize positioning, pricing, and branding of products and categories, and the entire storefront to maximize its visibility and deliver the business P&L goals month on month.


Optimize the Offline Experience:

- This is where the rubber hits the road.

- You will be owning and controlling the entire experience in-store delivering personal delight.

- Ultimately it all boils down to this- out of the total traffic near our store, how many end up transacting because we have what they want.

- You would be expected to be day in and out on top of these numbers & more importantly keep on improving them


Offline to Online :

- When a customer transacts on eatsure store , it's end but a start. The journey starts with their first transactions and you will be the owner of this journey of making these customers transacting again online on Eatsure since Eatsure is present in 80 cities and not limited to this store.

- You will work with tech and growth teams to drive different pilots and engagements to make these matrices look stronger.


Make Data Driven Decisions :

- Research and analyze data and market insights, search for insights into consumer needs and wants to build models to define customer segments, understand business performance, and identify new opportunities to drive value.


Build Strong Cross Functional Relationships :

- Work cross-functionally with our various stakeholders (Growth, Product, Design and Communications, Operations, Data etc.) to ensure that the vision and plans for EatSure are understood around the business, various teams are motivated to engage, and that the business is balanced across teams. (Dept./person X failed in doing something leading to this is the last thing we entertain, after all, you get to wear the tag of the leader for this role)

Key Requirements:

- Unlike any other such job opening, stating that one must be a creative thinker with strong analytical ability, data-driven thinking, knowledge of digital world blah blah is something we would refrain from, after all, those are a given, else you wouldn't be able to make sense out of whatever we have belabored till now. 3-5 years of overall experience.

- One key skill that we expect for this role is that of being a hustler! This is the elixir that every person in the EatSure team has to have to ensure this philosophy and the app will outlive us. After all, consumers experience a product, and cherish an offering but what makes the difference is the value that it creates / the emotional selling point as we call it!
