Role Description :


Growth Marketer would be responsible to lead growth marketing strategies, brand management, social media and influencer marketing and digital marketing. In this role, optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion.


Responsibilities :


1. Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies.


2. Create, manage and experiment with new customer acquisition campaigns.


3. Analyze data to monitor revenue performance.


4. Building online (Own Platforms & Aggregators) & offline (corporate & events) sales for all our brands


5. Managing Digital Marketing Campaign Performance for all brands


6. Managing Social Media & Influencer marketing for all brands


7. Driving growth marketing campaigns (SMS, Emails, Web & Push Notifications)


Requirements :


1. 3+ years- experience into strategy and growth marketing role.


2. Good communication skills
