About the role

This role is with the brand marketing team, the custodians of Brand EatSure, and the team responsible for building brand EatSure. The brand marketing team is responsible for building the identity of EatSure across various channels like in-app communications, mailers, PNs, social media, outdoor, TV, and Digital & across all consumer touchpoints starting from packaging to design & user experience.

In this role, you are required to elevate EatSure by using your excellent copywriting and research skills as the full-time, in-house creative expert. As the creative lead, you will write and edit copy for a variety of projects and channels including print, web, mobile, video, and social media. You will be working closely with product, various brand teams, design team, growth team, and category team to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging. You will be collaborating with the in-house design team to create creatives that pack a punch. You would be required to ideate and come up with brand-first campaign ideas and get them executed by collaborating with other members of the brand team.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline

- Minimum 6-8 years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work

- Exceptional writing and research skills

- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

- Content marketing experience a plus

- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts on assigned projects

- You would be required to ideate and come up with brand-first campaign ideas and get them executed by collaborating with other members of the brand team.

- You will be collaborating with the in-house design team & external agencies to create creatives that pack a punch.

- Research and understand the brand's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing creatives that have worked, competition reviews, and by taking references from successful brands

- Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing creatives

- Collaborate with a team of brand managers, growth managers, and creative designers from concept development to delivery of the final product

- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team as needed, and participate in insight research on occasions

- Revise copy based on feedback/direction
