Following is the background we are looking for : - You should have around 9-12 years of experience in Controllership & Financial Planning Analysis. - A leadership stint in managing small to medium sized teams is a must. - As a growing organization we are into a stage where we are adopting automation, hence experience in system automation would be preferred. CA by qualification is a must. About the Corporate FP&A Head role : (Designation: - General Manager / Associate Vice President) - Rebel has presence across Geographies (India, UAE, Indonesia, UK). We are already seeing lots of interest beyond these markets and we will expand in other markets at appropriate times. - This role leads Corporate FP&A at group level responsible for Investor reporting, Analytics, Decision support and Due diligence for Fund raising. In addition you would own the Budgeting and forecasting exercise at the group level. - We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical and - Collaborative role. Following is the background we are looking for : - You should have around 7-9 years of experience in Financial Planning Analysis. - Relevant experience in leading FP&A functions with a strong analytical background will be of primary requirements. - CA / MBA by qualification is a must.
