About Role :
- Rebel is looking to hire a Head of Engineering Design for its Operations organization. This is a high impact role reporting into VP of Process Excellence.
- The role will be responsible for leading process flow and layout designs to create next generation kitchens that will deliver best in class customer and employee experience
- You should be excited about this opportunity
- Work in a cross functional environment with Automation, Innovation, Projects, Operations, and other teams as we create next generation kitchens
- Opportunity to innovate and create first in class and best in class Cloud kitchens in the world
- Get exposure to end to end operational and business flows and create significant and measurable top and bottom-line impact
- Becoming a leader in creating a Inclusive and attractive operations workplace for associates
What we are looking at :
- Passion for Engineering design and experience creating layouts for complex manufacturing operations
- Proven experience of Innovations in material and equipment flow
- Strong background in use of tools such as spaghetti diagram and lean principles for eliminating waste
- Ability to take business decisions on automation and cost benefit analysis
- Ability to drive executive level communications
