About the Role :

- Business Analysts are responsible for identifying problems and opportunities within the team and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the set department goals.

Responsibility :

- Solve Specific business problems through answers driven by data

- Ensuring data aggregation, data sanitization & creating management reports , KPI dashboards

- Working in conjunction with Product & Tech teams to build and scale internal tools & ChatBots

- Developing Fraud Detection systems to avoid misuse of company policies

Attitude :

- An ace problem solver using Data

- Great tenacity to fight till an answer is found

- Gets a kick out of solving a problem and not just analysis for analysis sake

- Displays complete ownership and works well with functions/people

Skills / Experience :

- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Business Analytics Driven problem-solving

- Mandate working experience on data skills- Advanced excel, MS- SQL

- Knowledge on data skills- Power BI, R, Python, VBA

- Experience of having worked on real world consumer facing sectors

- Knowledge of data techniques like time series forecasting, regression, classification and clustering
