- The purpose of the Corporate Communications function within the organization is to establish and maintain our corporate reputation with our key stakeholders and influencers, in India &amp; globally - We do this by articulating and sharing our story with the right people, in the right way, everywhere, every day. - As a Manager within the Corporate Communications team, you will create, manage and execute high impact campaigns, content and news for the business, spanning both internal and external stakeholders in India &amp; US to start with by being responsible for the following things: a) Corporate stakeholders - establishing thought leadership to influence company perception (PR) b) Employee stakeholders - connecting employees with business strategy and leaders with each other (internal communications) c) Customer and partner stakeholders - build a reputation to condition the market for sales to win (PR and AR) Level Descriptor - Individual contributor, part of a larger team wherein the individual has clear responsibilities along with a set of stakeholders that they manage through the application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas within Communications. - The operational role, responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area. - Identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures. - May provide the first level of supervisory management to a work team that includes professional roles. Has collective budget responsibility. - Work-group/team focus. - Past experience in Corporate Communications / PR essential. The role - Brand consideration, awareness and advocacy for Rebel Group - You will be responsible for ensuring a culture of proactive story-telling and thought leadership positioning, with a holistic communication mindset from a total stakeholder perspective (internal and external) for primarily the India and US market and scope of expansion - Define strategic approach and messaging, you will then be responsible for ensuring that the overall business objectives translate into meaningful communication campaigns are effectively executed, together with PR agency teams, within delivery and budget agreements - Additionally, part of your role will include supporting project management and content creation, identifying awards &amp; processing nominations, where you will work with the wider team Key competencies ; FUNCTIONAL SKILLS : - Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple contributors at various levels - Strong communications and writing skills - Agency experience (preferable but not essential). - Active media relationships - Active contribution and participation in team planning and direction. - Effective budget management Personal skills ; - Self-starter; Proactive team player; High attention to detail; Ability to multi-task; Strong relationship builder; Ability to work calmly in a high-pressure environment; - Excellent organization and time management skills; Healthy appetite to learn and develop into new areas
