We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the 5G/4G/ORAN domain to drive sales growth and business expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales in the telecommunications sector. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, identifying business opportunities, and translating customer demands into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively generate new leads and swiftly convert active leads into sales opportunities to accelerate business growth.

- Sales, Business Development, and Marketing: Take an active role in sales, business development, and marketing activities, including creating presentations, offerings, proposals, and pricing strategies.

- Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify business opportunities aligned with company objectives and customer demands in the 5G/4G/ORAN domain.

- Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.

- Solution Development: Translate customer demands into viable solution and service offerings, collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.

- Proposal Management: Respond promptly to inquiries, proposals, and opportunities, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up for closures.

- Technical Engagement: Drive trials, customer demos, workshops, and technical forums to showcase product capabilities and address customer needs.

- Market Analysis: Analyse marketing trends, newsletters, and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

- Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, campaigns, and partnerships to expand market reach and drive business growth

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and business development roles within the 5G/4G/ORAN domain.

- Strong track record of generating leads, closing sales, and achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions.

- Proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning.

- Willingness to travel anywhere in India as required.
