Manager - Project Finance

Major Areas of Responsibility :

1) Making the Project Brief in consultation with developers as per formats

2) Understanding and preparation of the project details as per bank formats

3) Hand holding the developer for the documentation

4) Coordinating with bank officials and agencies for the reports.

5) Hand holding the customers for sanction and disbursements.

Job Requirement :

1) Proficient in written English and cash flow preparation

2) PowerPoint presentation.

Education and Experience :

- Graduate with at latest 2 years of work experience in real estate or MBA finance
