Job Description :

- Strong experience in PMS, statutory compliances and ensure compliance on all the applicable statutory laws (PF, ESIC, LWF, Income Tax, Professional Tax, etc.)

- Extensive experience in developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

- Well versed with the Implementation of human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, compensation, and benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, labor relations.

- Managing human resources operations

- Designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

- Developing human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resource

- Should be able to support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
