Job Description :

Title: Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Gurgaon

Brief : It is a strategic role for an experienced and self-driven marketing professional to head our Marketing team of more than 45 Marketing Professionals. The consistent efforts from our marketing team results in contributing more than 80% revenue of our company. The company has grown 40% in revenue year on year therefore the Marketing Head will have an opportunity to work in a dynamic and agile environment. It will also involve growth by Partner Development, Online Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Collaborations and Paid Marketing in the dynamic markets of USA, UK and India.

Responsibilities :

- Develop Online and Offline Marketing strategy by identifying, researching and analysing our current business and market ecosystem

- Work along with business heads, leadership team to align Marketing efforts along with our Organizational Goals

- Formulate and implement Partner development and channel Management Strategies

- Develop, Implement and Optimize SEO and PPC Strategies

- Responsible for identifying online/offline media platforms, listing our brands and optimize the results.

- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how Online and Offline marketing activity turns into customers, and continuously refine our process to convert customers.

- Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects

- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

- Plan & execute brand awareness campaigns through online and offline media.

- Conceptualize & apply positioning strategies against our competitors.
