Job Description:
Key functional responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition in the B2B market segment.
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and content marketing, to engage target audiences and drive measurable results.
- Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry influencers, and media outlets, to enhance brand reputation and drive thought leadership.
- Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and product messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition and differentiators.
- Drive continuous optimization and performance measurement of marketing initiatives through data-driven analysis and KPI tracking, ensuring ROI and effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.

Requirements:
- MBA degree from a reputable institution with a focus on marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, metrics, and reporting tools to measure performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
