Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Interact and ensure smooth relationships between a Largest Managed Workspace Platform and owners.

2. Provide lease administration for commercial properties.

3. Prepare financial budgets, reports and statements relating to real estate business.

4. Initiate and implement methodologies in managing properties.

5. Initiate work processes to enhance business growth.

6. Assist and support administrative/ projects/ other departments staff to maximize performance.

7. Implement best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations.

8. Handling all org-related matters, including complaints, disputes.

9. Managing documentation and compliance.

10. Conduct technical and legal due diligence of properties along with other departments.

Ideally looking for an individual worked for an IPC, large developer or RE fund / Real estate fund with 10 years of experience.
