Real Estate Manager - Sales Role

1. Execute our corporate real estate strategy for assigned areas and manage a portfolio of stores, apartments etc2.

2. Negotiate leases with landlords and brokers to meet space needs and brand requirements

3. Prepare and present pro forma budgets for new store opportunities and other related lease actions to the Real Estate Committee for approval

4. Collaborate with New Store Opening teams and other internal teams to create project deadlines, administer and amend leases, and manage other real estate activity

5. Interface with internal and external attorneys to review, negotiate, and finalize leases in a timely fashion

6. Travel (frequently!) to both proposed market areas and existing store locations for inspections and evaluations

7. Ensure that the site selection and acquisition process goes swimmingly in terms of meeting deadlines and following corporate real estate strategies for launches and relocation's
