- Acquisition and managing existing large corporate clients (real estate)

- Understanding the customer's short and long-term strategic needs for identifying business opportunities.

- Senior level client liasoning and obtaining market information.

- Responsible for articulation of the customer requirements as input to product development teams

- Achievement of target set in yearly budget for new and existing clients

- Monitor the performance of the account client.
