Job Description  CLIENT PROFILE  Client is a Delhi-based real estate fund cum asset manager, backed by a prominent international sovereign fund. They are focused on residential real estate   Client has already committed over INR 1000 crores in projects in Delhi NCR and plans to deploy an equal amount by the end of the year.   RESPONSIBILITIES  - Support Investment Team in analyzing investment opportunities, portfolio monitoring, and supporting transactions   - Financial modeling and due diligence for investment opportunities   - Construct, review and maintain detailed financial/operating models for existing and potential investments   - Oversee & maintain deal pipeline, track market M&A activity, collate internal updates and create deal presentations   - Prepare periodic updates on the Fund investments  - Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; convey conclusions and insights clearly   CANDIDATE PROFILE  - Must have been a B.Tech from top engineering college with specialization in statistics  - Must have experience in financial modeling in the Real Estate sector  - Must be from a private equity, NBFC or an investment bank  - Should have 1-3 years experience  - Should be comfortable in working in a smaller setup
