Real Estate Deal Specialist - Co-Working Space

Job Profile:

1. Responsible for deal feasibility, coordination of deal documents with landlords and cross departmental responsible for supporting all transactional work and performing all deal analysis and deal management.

2. Responsible for facilitating all actions required for the professional management of leasing pipeline and portfolio within their designated region and territory.

3. Deep understanding of deal economics and real estate portfolio management, supporting with term sheet and lease negotiation.

- Coordinate with the development team and ensure initial test fits are prepared for the shortlisted asset

- Ownership of the technical due diligence/ Ops rider/fit out Guidelines and the maintenance agreement documents from the Real Estate team perspective

- Coordinating with the DLs/Landlord team/IPCs with regards to the technical details/ drawings/ statutory documentation for the shortlisted assets

- Facilitating timely deal conversion, advantageous deal terms, successful lease negotiation, project management and overall portfolio management

Coordination with operation team and project team with regards to the formal handover of the property for fitouts and coordination with the Landlords for any inspections in the property before formal handover of the property

- Facilitating all actions required for the professional management of global portfolio

- Maintaining systems for regional portfolio management

Desired Profile:

2+yrs of experience in handling Real estate Projects (RE projects) and transaction management with exposure to working on Deal feasibility, term sheets, lease negotiations and deal closure. People from commercial real estate industry are preferred.
