ROLE - REAL ESTATE ANALYST

Job location - Noida, Sector 44

Job responsibilities :

1. Preparation of financial models & investment modeling

2. Valuation, market research, market analysis, historical trend analysis, submission of reports

3. Financial analysis & due diligence in determining the financial feasibility and profitability of investment opportunities along with exit strategies, operating costs/revenue and income streams etc.

4. Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to various CXO's, leadership team, stakeholders summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations for real estate investment opportunities.

5. Critical client interfacing role in helping investors and decision-makers

6. Support in making informed real estate investment decisions by providing thorough analysis, research, and recommendations based on market insights and financial expertise.

7. Prepare research, client work product, project plans, project guidelines, community benefit plans, project based analyses

8. Responsible for analyzing and synthesizing data related to project studies.

Expectations and Qualifications :

1. MBA from a premier institute with 3 - 5 years of experience in Real Estate is a must preferably from a Real Estate Developer, IPC, Consulting etc.

2. Experience of working with Chairman, CEO, etc. for a Real Estate Firm

3. Must have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related field.

4. Must have outstanding quantitative and inter personal skills.

5. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Must be able to work independently, be reliable and organized.

7. Must be professional, energetic and positive.
