REZone is a Gurgaon based Real Estate Advisory and Investment Management Firm founded by the Ex-Managing Director and Partner of Merrill Lynch Real Estate Asia Pac platform. The founders has track record of investing over Rs 3000 Crores in Indian real estate projects since 2005 and has set up an independent platform specializing in this sector.

REZone provides a professional, challenging environment for its employees and is planning to hire candidates with 4 to 8 years of prior Real Estate sectoral experience. The minimum qualifications and attributes expected of the candidate are :

1. Engineering or Commerce Graduate

2. MBA with specialization in Finance

3. Minimum Work Experience of 4 years in Real Estate sector in India

4. Proficiency in Financial Modeling skills is of great importance

5. Prior experience of either valuation, advisory or having worked on the buyside with a Private Equity Fund

6. Ability to identify trends and opportunities in the sector

6. Team player with strong value system

7. Hardworking, self motivated

8. Best in class oral and written communication ability and presentation skills

Salary - Rs 10 to 20 lacs, an incentive plan,stock oprion plan. Relevant experience, track record and performance on job will determine the annual compensation package.
