Importance of the Role :

The Role is to generate sales from the assigned territory and assigned customer profile. In addition to the primary responsibility, the sales person is the ambassador of the company and therefore responsible to update the company on the required changes that may be required for the company to remain relevant and desirable in the market place. He may choose to have a team of 2-3 Sales Executives to deliver upon his responsibilities.

Overall Responsibility :

The Sales Manager has to generate sales from the assigned territory by :

1) Creating mature sales funnel,

2) Building relationship with existing customers,

3) Organizing customer/prospect meets with various company departments.

Qualification & Experience :

A person with Two to Five years experience preferably handling Sales in the target territory, of which the last three is in managerial / Independent position. Should be a Graduate from a reputed college with an MBA from a reputed institute. Possible Target Organization

1. Brand / Account Manager from Advertising companies, handling mid-sized accounts.

2. Sales Executive from organizations who are using online facilities extensively for their business.

3. Sales Executives from other reputed Digital Marketing Companies like Pinstorm, Techshu etc.

Planned Remuneration : 7-8 Lakhs plus liberal incentives
