Commercial Head - Real Estate The Sales officer Commercial Real Estate and Large Enterprise will build of the company market position by managing all aspects of creating, evaluating, defining, and executing business development strategies and initiatives, for partnerships and corporate sales of the company products. - They will identify, develop, and execute new corporate-scale partnership opportunities across the Commercial Real Estate & Large Enterprises sectors. Partnering with other senior commercial leadership, he/she will work to identify, develop, and engage strategic corporate relationships, while creating a proven process for repeatable success. - Leads Business Development activities, including identifying, pursuing, and securing potential partners, deal structuring and defining agreements, execution, and delivery. - Manages contract development, execution, performance and budget for corporate sales programs and initiatives, in the successful pursuit of corporate/multi-unit relationships; Closes new business through coordination of requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Creates and implements business plans focused on penetration of new markets or channels relevant to go-to-market and New Product Development strategies; identifies potential new corporate partnerships and opportunities to enhance current relationships. - Develops, implements, and executes process and material for high level proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFP); Manages all aspects of complex negotiations with counterparties. - Develops and implements negotiation strategies and positions, that lead to achieving sales goals, revenue targets, and favourable terms for the company; Evaluates and studies integration of new venture with Company strategies and operations. - Evaluates and qualifies opportunities through effective market research, analysis, negotiation of terms and conditions, and analysis of financials and revenue potential. - Analysis sales performance, competitive landscape and trends to identify and address performance risks and opportunities in the marketplace; develops improvement action plans to address unexpected challenges; Examines and mitigates risk, exposure, and potential of all partnership opportunities. - Engages with and reports on, top customer performance to ensure alignment with corporate strategy; Collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams on sales strategies for optimizing partners relationships - Drives revenue and profit growth, as well as optimal customer experience, of existing and new strategic partners. - Develops, builds, and grows sales pipeline, ultimately meeting and/or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; consistently meets or exceeds KPIs and metrics. - Successfully tracks, reports, and presents, sales metrics; develops data-driven plans for improvement to ensure alignment to business plan. - Develops corporate partnerships proactively, through both traditional (networking, cold calling, direct mail, etc.) and innovative methods (strategic marketing and partnerships, leveraging market research and data analysis, etc.). - Ensures successful implementation, onboarding, and transition of new accounts, following up with both existing customers and prospects to determine compatibility and customer satisfaction, resolve customer issues, and seek new sales opportunities. - Market research, to include, but not limited to benchmarking competition, conducting market research and analysis, market, and customer segmentation planning, and staying current with industry trends, technology, and best practices. - Monitors competitive landscape, economic indicators, and industry trends; Identifies innovative approaches to increase market or geographic share. - Identifies and proposes new opportunity areas, or lines of business, based on market analysis. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS : - 5-8 years of commercial business development and sales experience, with 5-10 years of experience closing partner accounts - Commercial Real Estate/ Commercial Enterprise Sales Experience will be a strong plus - Experience in strategic planning and execution - Understanding of account economics and insights; knowledge of financial issues, operations, economic contribution, working capital movements, and performance - Proven track record of business development and partnership sales in B2B environments - Proven track record developing new business, successful account management, communicating and implementing strategies - Technology and systems savvy; Experience utilizing various CRM tools to track and document sales activities; Salesforce experience, preferred - Proven track record of achievement, meeting and exceeding sales targets and metrics; Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional teams, and across all levels within an organization - Experience cultivating and leveraging strong commercial partnerships, with prospective, newly acquired, and existing customers, while achieving company, department, and personal goals through a strong customer focus - Ability to think and act strategically, including navigating all levels of a customer or prospect organization and leveraging an internal sales team of peers - Process-oriented and metrics-driven mindset, as it relates to success and achievement - Strong business, financial, and commercial management acumen - Innovative self-starter, with the ability to devise solutions to complex problems, and to implement those solutions hands-on, while bringing creativity to the workplace - Flexibility, and the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture; comfortable operating in a limited-resource environment, with a high degree of autonomy - Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills, excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills - Must be willing and able to travel nationally, to meet with prospective and current customers; available to work extended hours when required to complete projects on time
