R&D Role - Techno-Commercial - Pharma

- Technical evaluation during Portfolio Selection in consultation and help from the development cross functional teams

- Anchoring the Pre Apex and Apex along with respective marketing/ business representative

- Developing Product Introduction strategy in consultation with the Development teams with respect to IH vs. OS choices based on internal and external timelines, costs, and certainty

- Subsequent to the product introductions, IPDO delivery teams will work on developing the product and the Portfolio Delivery Managers will track the portfolio progress through mechanisms of CPM and Phase Gate meetings
