E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To create product content and ensure the information is up-to-date on the Online portals.
- To do season planning and make an option plan towards effective turnaround.
- To allocate merchandise for Online retailers on the basis of their requirements and Sales performance.
- To create and execute an online branding & marketing plan, maintaining quality & freshness of the e-commerce website, site promotions and creating business plans for e-commerce initiatives.
- To initiate and coordinate dispatch once the Purchase Orders are received.
- On a weekly/ monthly basis capture and plan replenishments of merchandise.
- To prepare Sell through analysis (fast moving and slowing moving merchandise analysis) portal-wise on a weekly and monthly basis.
- To create a competition analysis report and present the same in review meetings.
- To analyze past and present promotions and its results on sale.
- To propose promotional offers and schemes to HOD and ensure deployment of the same post approval from Management.
- To plan EOSS merchandise and discounts to be offered season wise.
- To manage and strengthen relationships with Online affiliates (Flipkart & Amazon).
- To ensure targeted sales are achieved from various Online platforms.
- To keep track of merchandise returned from Online retailers.
Requirement:
- Educational degree in a related field & minimum 3-4 years of work experience in this field.
- Experience with eCommerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisors.
- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative.
