Open position for the role of " R&D Design Engineer (Room Air Conditioning)" With Leading Consumer Electronics Company.

About Client; - A Leading Consumer Electronics Company (HVAC Industry)

JOB LOCATION - JHAJJAR (Haryana)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Model Development and Designing of molding & sheet metal parts of Room Air Conditioners.

2.Preparing mock up and trial units for development review and testing.

3.Design Review, Design Verification, Proto Sample Development, Validation & Testing and Tooled up development, Design Trial, Pilot Trial and Mass production.

4.Cost Down/Localization of various parts to achieve cost target.

5.Preparing Product planning sheet, Design study sheet and FMEA analysis.

6.BOM Making & timely implementation of Value Engineering Ideas.

7.Consistently evaluating existing and new vendor for cost down and quality improvement of parts.

Compensation: Industry standards
