RBL FinServe - Team Leader - Audit Operations

- Design audit frameworks and work programs by liaison with the Zonal Audit Manager and Lead Audit Strategy.

- Monitor closures of the branch audit reports on a timely basis.

- Manage and lead the audit operations and support team and oversee all the activities to ensure effective and timely completion.

- Identifying automation opportunities for IA Function to increase the efficiency.

- Review of the audit plan status and schedule and escalate any delays or exceptions to respective stakeholders in Audit function.

- Prepare the risk-based audit assessments every month on a timely manner and share the outcome with stakeholders.

- Provide insights and recommendations on improvements to the key stakeholders in the audit team.

- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.

- Data-driven approach in planning, identifying trends and sampling to assist the zonal teams.

- Driving key initiatives in coordination with field auditors as per the audit strategy.

- Train the operations team and branch auditors as required.
