Job Title Zonal Sales Head - Affordable Home Loans

Grade VP 1 /VP 2

Department Retail Lending

1. Excellent industry connect and expertise for building strategic alliances & partnerships for Affordable Home Loans products

2. The individual will be responsible to

- Identify the prospects across NBFCs, Banks & Affinity

- To drive the business initiatives across the target segments

- Segregate the prospects basis their customer base and ability to influence them and target accordingly

- Pro-actively approach & establish contact with key stakeholder at prospective partner

- Organize initial level meetings to help the key stakeholders identify the overall value from the possible collaboration

- Co-create the sales strategy by recommending the best fit products from the existing product suites which can address the business objective of partner

- Prepare business plan and seek necessary sign offs on commercial arrangement from both the managements

- Seek sign offs from both the legal/Risk/Credit teams to execute the distribution agreement and conclude the deal

Qualifications

Essential : Post-graduate/MBA

Experience

- Essential Minimum 15-20 years prior banking experience with having 10 years in Home Loans / Mortgages Loans
