Roles & Responsibilities:-

Leadership Development

- Study organization health and formulate Leadership development initiatives.

- Conduct diagnostics, analyse data and draw inferences from Leadership batches.

- Study the market trends, best practices & tools in leadership development that can be used & leveraged upon in the Bank to create a robust talent pool.

- Identify and use assessment instruments to analyse individual & group (Dept|Unit|Business) behaviour & recommend interventions to be embedded in Leadership development program.

- Facilitate communications among leadership batch participants and internal Governance Council Body.

- Facilitate interventions related to Leadership development program

- Generate reports on respective leadership interventions for communication and impact.

- Develop branding and communication strategies for interventions

Employee engagement Initiatives (25%)

- Support the OE team to define the engagement calendar for the bank linking in to the engagement strategy of the bank within the budgets allocated

- Execution of the engagement calendar in collaboration with the HRBP's PAN bank.

- Plan and execute entire Rewards and recognition strategy for the bank, quarterly and yearly basis.

- Identification of the best practices and leverages upon to create best practices internally.

- Execute the entire EE survey & define the dashboards for Sr. Leader

- Track progresses of all the action identified at organization and BU level and also evaluate the impact through mood meter.

- Designing the entire communication strategy for the survey launch

Learning Relationship Manager (10%)

- Acting as a SPOC for all the Learning and OD initiatives for a particular BU as and when required by the organization.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

- Bachelor's Degree - Any

- Master's Degree - Human Resources

Experience

- 6-8 years of experience. 3 years of experience in OD

- Has an experience in handling cross functional senior stakeholders
