Key Responsibility - - Develop mobile application and drive consumer penetration as alternate channel of communication - Drive Mobile application as an alternate channel of communication. - Generate revenue through cross-sell opportunity on mobile through travel, shopping, and other marketing programs - Create a smooth UI/UX for credit card website with self servicing features on servicing and value added programs - Drive and increase web banking channel for credit cards - Develop technology capabilities of Masterpass and MasterCard Incontrol programs - Communicate and market digital capabilities to drive customer experience - Create superior customer experience through social channel and measure resolution TAT - Drive card spends with relevant offering to the consumer. - Drive new trends and create real time offers to consumer through Priceless Surprises - Set up a process for auto trigger communication relevant to the consumer - Create event trigger messages to drive spends and engagement behavior - Evaluate and design marketing communication and offers through Social networking channel - Work jointly with MasterCard for event trigger program. - Create a Campaign management technology capability through re-targeting
