Job Title : Sr. Mgr/AVP - Cross Sell - Credit Cards

Location : Gurgaon

Reporting to : Vertical Head

Key Responsibility :

- Plan, Design, Launch and develop functionality to drive and acquire customers from the existing database.

- Needs to be hands on with SQL, Python, R, SAS

- Should be completely data driven, and should have demonstrated experience with data based decision making

- Create an opportunity to analyze and sell better to the existing base

- Build on top of data to drive new lending opportunities

- Run marketing campaigns to drive cross sell program on monthly basis

- Responsible for P&L for specified lending verticals

- Lead specific revenue generation targets with different channels including telephonic as well as digital

- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute and implement portfolio initiatives

- Track and monitor business initiatives, campaigns, analytics for your specific lending vertical

- Should be hands on with data skills

Ideally :

- Tier 1 B school

- 2-4 years of experience

- Having scaled a lending franchise would be a beneficial experience

- Current salary range in your existing organization - 10-16LPA
