Responsibilities
- Product setup and sales excellence
- Drive top-line and bottom-line targets for the regional commercial cards' portfolio.
- Facilitate effective penetration of commercial cards by collaborating with the corporate and commercial banking team within the bank.
- Deep understanding of card P&L and card portfolio.
- Cultivate end-to-end relationships with top corporate banking customers.
- Ensure portfolio quality, proactively identifying and addressing stress signs in client operations.
- Spearhead Commercial Card business through bank branches and enhance product visibility.
- Support CASA teams in strategically positioning commercial cards to corporates and SMEs.
- Identify and overcome obstacles hindering greater card volumes.
Team Management
- Build regional team to drive product, sales and servicing for clients.
- Mentor other internal stakeholders based on best market practices.
Governance
- Ensure overall risk and compliance governance for the product and various variants.
- Ensure strong end-use and utilization monitoring of the commercial spends, in accordance with regulatory and internal risk guidance.
Experience required (5-12 years)
- 5-12 years of sales experience, preferably in credit cards and corporate banking
- Requirement of large team management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and inter-personal communication
- Graduate, Preferably Post Graduate/MBA
- Experience in handling corporate clients
