Job Description:

Job Title: Product Manager - Personal Loans (Manager/Sr. Manager/AVP)

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Vertical Head

Key Responsibility:

Product Manager, Personal Loans:

- Responsible for launching a personal loan product and allied cross sell products (Personal Loans / Consumer Finance/BNPL/ Overdraft) for the Bank

- Enabling technological implementation of loan origination and loan management systems including defining scope and UAT/deployment.

- Setting up systems, processes, policy, and technology roadmap.

- Managing P&L, Sales Projections, Budgeting and Forecasting

- Identification & Implementation of Sales Effectiveness, training and content development.

- Marketing and Product Management Liaison with external stakeholders like regulator/IT Vendor.

- Should be completely data driven, and should have demonstrated experience with data based decision making

- Create an opportunity to analyze and sell better to the existing base

- Build on top of data to drive new lending opportunities

- Run marketing campaigns to drive cross sell program on monthly basis

- Responsible for P&L for specified lending verticals

- Design UI/UX for the personal loan digital journey

Qualification:

- Ideally Tier 1 B school

- 4-8 years of experience

- Having scaled a lending/PL franchise would be a beneficial experience

Target companies/Role:

Lending product management. Ideally should have launched a lending product from scratch. Target companies include likes of Paytm(lending vertical), Clix Capital, ICICI Bank (personal Loans vertical), Axis Bank (personal loans vertical) and similar lending first organizations
