1. Tier 1 BSchool + Tier 1/2 engineering(Btech - Ideally CSE/IT)

2. Ideally someone who's been a programmer too before MBA

3. Product management in B2C apps, startups with app role, tech consultants(with companies like Accenture etc.) is preferred.

A. Position Purpose :

- This is a replacement position for the existing candidate working with Digital Product Management team in credit cards.

Position Responsibilities :

Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform) :

1. Product management for digital channels - for Credit Cards. Mobile App, Chatbot, Whatsapp Banking and more.

2. Bridge between technical, business and design teams. Inherently cross functional role. Need to work closely with stakeholders for requirement elicitation, gathering and documentation

3. Establish short and long term product goals and strategies and manage product roadmap to support business goals

4. Lead partnerships and agency relationships

5. Understand complex business problems and develop analytical solutions to overcome business problems

6. Develop and manage key metrics indicators to measure performance and provide foundation of continuous improvement

7. This is a mid-leadership role with responsibility of managing a team of product managers

B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications :

Essential -MBA from Tier 1 B Schools only - with 1-3 yr exp for M/SM -MBA from Tier 1 Bschools only - with 4-7 yr exp for SM/AVP -Product management in B2C apps, startups with app role, tech consultants(with companies like Accenture etc.) is preferred.

Experience :

Essential:

- Need strong product management experience of working on development and conceptualization of consumer facing mobile applications along with driving growth and usage

- Open to non banking candidates

- Working with startups in digital product management is a plus

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while ensuring compliance standards

- Experience on working with external and internal technology/solution providers

- Should have ideally managed a complex tech product from ideation/conceptualization to growth.

- Zero to one folks preferred

1. Has a keen eye for latest technologies, and also has good grip on numbers and analytics. Idea combination - Btech CSE with programming experience

- Plus MBA from tier 1 B schools

2. Desirable to have engineering from tier 1 engineering colleges

Behavioral :

1. Should we comfortable working in slightly ambigous scenarios too

2. Should be comfortable with an individual hands on approach without additional assistance

3. Should be comfortable with getting work done out of other teams
