A. Position Purpose :

Managing Customer Lifecycle and optimizing lifetime revenue

Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities:

1 Focus on AUR - with a measurable customer engagement framework

2 Identify segments for targeted promotions

3 End to end campaign management from conception, planning & execution to tracking

4 Liaising with cross functional teams - Marketing / Analytics / Business solutions / Ops for campaign related activities

5 Ensure customer engagement through early activation / continuous spends engagement / pro-active & re-active retention / complaint management

B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications: Essential MBA - Preferred Premier B School

Experience:

Essential - Business Management or Product / Portfolio Management

Preferred - Financial Services
