Position : Manager/ Senior Manager - Credit Card Rewards

Location/Branch: JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon

Job Description:

Sr. Key Responsibilities

1. Overall management of the Cards loyalty program of the Bank, including development and implementation of different loyalty and rewards on the accrual side and redemption side.

2. Develop, enhance and manage content for the Rewards program to bring in better and premium experience to customers across channels like mobile App, website , chatbots.

3. Introduce new redemption options to increase choices for customers.

4. Candidate will be required to liaise with merchants and partners across consumer categories to bring onboard new alliances and affiliates programs with revenue opportunities

5. Basic knowledge of data analysis, customer clusters, customer behaviour analysis.

6. Ability to analyze consumer behavior and profile, work with analytics and cross functional teams to design, develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that will build customer loyalty and drive spends

7. Design rewards campaigns calendar and communications plan, liaise with partners and internal stakeholders to roll out the campaigns from time to time. Candidate will also need to measure and enhance campaign efficiency with the help of analytics and report campaign results

8. Track and report key reward and accrual redemption trends, cost , redemption metrics etc.

9. Liaise with technology team on projects to drive system enhancements.

10. Constant competition benchmarking to analyze and implement industry best practices.

11. Track customer complaints and implement process improvements to increase service level

12. Must haves: Strong analytical and Presentation Skills.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

Qualifications: Essential MBA

Experience : Essential 2-3 years of experience managing loyalty for a consumer brands.

- Profound knowledge of Excel

- Presentation skills

- Product Management skills

- Analytical skills
