A. Position Purpose:&nbsp; - Preparation, monitoring and analysis of Budgets - Central Coordination, Data keeping &amp; Internal Auditing - MIS preparation for Transaction Banking Group - Analysis and presentations of data B. Position Responsibilities: Sr. Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1 Preparation of Annual Budgets: Collation of data/plan /co-ordination with Regional Heads and preparation of Annual Budgets accordingly. 2 Monitoring of Budget: Monthly Variance analysis of Budgets and monitoring Budget vs. Actual CA Balances, Proc. Fee, NFI,etc. 3 Daily Reporting: Daily reporting of KPIs to senior management 4 Knowledge Series: Working Closely with Product Team and Marketing Team in rolling out Product Knowledge Series for RMs 5 Vendor Payment: Monitoring of Payments and coordination with finance for vendor payments and vendor creation. 6 Ensuring Compliance to various internal and external requirements 7 Responsible for analyzing the data gathered from the department and highlights the discrepancy if any observed 8 Responsible for pipeline creation 9 Creation of various presentations and data cuts basis the Management and team Requirement 10 Ensuring regular &amp; timely MIS's as and when required by the Team &amp; Management 11 Attending Team meetings and tracking the progress of the actionables of the meetings held
